Each agent on the right was trained on a single packet of documents: an FAQ, a few policies, a price list, the about page. Resposai chunks the material, embeds it with Voyage AI vectors, and consults Claude when a visitor asks a question. If the answer isn’t in the documents, the agent says so — and offers to forward the question to a human. No hallucinations. No invented policies.
