Use Resposai to help your customers, not to deceive them. Don’t feed the agent personal data you wouldn’t put on a postcard. Pay your bill. We’ll keep the lights on, and we’ll give you 30 days’ notice if anything material changes.
1. Service
Resposai (“we”) provides hosted AI agents that answer customer questions based on documents you (“you”) supply. Service availability targets 99.5% monthly uptime.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of every document you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those documents solely to generate replies in your agent. We do not use your content to train models.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, no malware, no targeted harassment.
- No automated abuse of the public chat endpoint (rate-limited at 60 messages per visitor per hour).
- No agents pretending to be a human or impersonating named individuals without consent.
4. Pricing & cancellation
Free plans include 50 messages per month. Paid plans are charged monthly in advance and prorated on upgrade. Cancel any time; data stays available for 30 days after cancellation.
5. Liability
Resposai is provided as-is. We are not responsible for replies the agent gives — you control the documents that feed it, and you are responsible for the answers shown to your customers. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
6. Changes
We’ll email you at least 30 days before any material change to these terms.
