What we keep, and what we don’t.
We collect the minimum needed to make Resposai work. No tracking, no advertising, no resale.
What we collect
- Account info. Email, name, business name, hashed password.
- Knowledge documents. The text you upload to train your agent.
- Conversations. Messages between visitors and your agent, plus a generated visitor ID.
- Operational logs. IPs and user-agent strings, retained for 30 days for abuse prevention.
What we don’t do
- We do not train AI models on your data.
- We do not sell or rent data to third parties.
- We do not run advertising trackers on the dashboard.
Sub-processors
- Supabase — database, auth, storage.
- Anthropic — Claude API for generating replies.
- Vercel (or your chosen host) — application hosting.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account’s data at any time by emailing privacy@resposai.com. Deletion takes up to 14 days as backups roll out.
