We hire slowly.
Four people. Distributed across Bristol and Brooklyn. We grow when the work demands it, not to hit a headcount goal.
We are not hiring for any open roles right now. When we do, we will post them here first — before anywhere else.
What working here looks like
- Asynchronous by default. We write things down. Meetings are a last resort.
- Small, owned projects. You own a surface. You decide what ships.
- No growth-for-growth’s-sake. We build sustainably and stay profitable.
- Remote-first. Every process is designed to work without an office.
What we care about
- Clear writing — inside the product and in how we talk to each other.
- Taste. You notice when something is off, and you say so.
- Finishing. Shipped is better than perfect, but you know the difference.
