A small studio.
We make careful tools for small businesses. Resposai is the first.
We started Resposai because most chatbots feel loud, generic, and confidently wrong. The good ones are slow to set up, expensive to keep, and never quite sound like the place they were meant to represent. We wanted something else.
Resposai reads carefully. It speaks plainly. It admits when it doesn’t know. It hands off to a human when the situation calls for it.
Studio principles
- Quiet defaults. The product should not require attention to function.
- Honest copy. No buzzwords on the dashboard. No surprise upsells.
- Long memory. We support customers, not vendors. Things should still work in a year.

Bristol, UK and Brooklyn, USA. We’re a four-person studio.
