Widget appearance.
Adjust the chat widget's colour and branding to match your site.
Accent colour
Open your agent → Configure tab → Widget section → Accent colour. Click the colour swatch to open the colour picker.
The accent colour is used for:
- The floating ✺ launch button background.
- The left border on user message bubbles.
- The Send button.
Choose a colour that has enough contrast against white text — dark or saturated colours work best.
Agent name and subtitle
The widget header shows the agent's Name (large) and Business name (small, beneath). Both are set in the Identity section of the Configure tab.
Greeting message
The agent's first message is configured in Configure → Voice → First message. See the voice & tone guide for tips on writing a good greeting.
Preview your changes
After saving, click Preview ↗ on the agent layout header to open the widget in a new tab. Changes take effect immediately — no redeploy needed.
Powered-by badge
A small "Powered by Resposai" credit appears at the bottom of the widget. This cannot currently be removed. White-labelling options are on our roadmap — email us at hello@resposai.com if this is important to you.
