What counts as a message?
One message = one user turn (the visitor's question). The agent's reply does not count separately. The counter resets on the first day of each calendar month.
What happens when I hit the limit?
The agent returns a polite message telling the visitor that the service is temporarily unavailable. Your documents and configuration are not affected. Upgrade your plan to raise the limit.
Upgrading or downgrading
Email billing@resposai.com or use the Upgrade buttons in your Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately.
