Everything you need to know about payments, invoices, and cancelling.
How billing works
Resposai charges monthly, in advance. When you upgrade, you're billed for the first month immediately and then on the same day each subsequent month.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Resposai never stores your card details.
Invoices
Stripe sends a receipt to your account email after each charge. For VAT invoices or custom billing arrangements, email billing@resposai.com.
Upgrading
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click an Upgrade button. Our team will send you a Stripe checkout link within one business day. Once paid, your plan is upgraded immediately.
Downgrading
Email billing@resposai.comat least 48 hours before your renewal date. Your plan will be downgraded at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then.
If you downgrade from Growth or Studio, any agents or documents above the lower plan's limits will become read-only until you reduce them.
Cancellation
To cancel, email billing@resposai.com. Your subscription will not renew after the current period. Your account and data are retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Email billing@resposai.com with your order details.
