Create your first agent.
An agent is a conversational AI assistant trained on your content. Here's how to set one up.
1. Open the dashboard
Sign in at /loginand you'll land on your agent list. If this is your first time, the list will be empty.
2. Click "New agent"
Hit the New agent → button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. A short form appears.
3. Fill in the basics
You only need two things to get started:
- Name— shown to visitors in the chat widget header (e.g. "Acme Support").
- Business — one sentence describing what you do. The agent uses this when it has no document that covers a question.
4. Submit
Click Create →. Resposai creates the agent, assigns it a private embed token, and drops you into the agent overview.

- Add knowledge documents so the agent can answer real questions.
- Set a voice & tone to match your brand.
- Deploy the widget to your site.
