Your data & privacy.

What we store, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.

What we store

  • Account data — your name, email address, and hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth).
  • Agent configuration — name, business, voice, widget settings, allowed domains.
  • Knowledge documents — the text you paste or the content fetched from URLs.
  • Conversation transcripts— every message exchanged between your agent and visitors, including a random visitor ID stored in the visitor's localStorage.
  • Usage counters — monthly message count per account for plan enforcement.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database in the EU (West Europe region). AI inference is performed via the Anthropic API (US-based). Conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies; they are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Conversation transcripts

Full transcripts are visible to the agent owner in Dashboard → Agent → Conversations. Visitors are identified by a random UUID generated on their device — no personal data is collected from visitors unless they voluntarily share it in a message.

Data retention

  • Active accounts: data retained indefinitely while the account is active.
  • Cancelled accounts: data retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.
  • You may request early deletion at any time — see below.

Deleting your data

To delete individual documents, use the Delete button in Agent → Sources. To delete an agent and all its conversations, use Agent → Configure → Danger zone → Delete agent.

To delete your entire account and all associated data, email privacy@resposai.com. We'll process the request within 30 days.

GDPR & data requests

EU/UK residents may request a copy of their data, correction of inaccurate data, or erasure. Contact privacy@resposai.com.
